Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not have a Fast & Free online return policy. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be assessed on all Returned Item(s), Refused Shipments, and Canceled Orders that have been shipped.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging.
Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to National Automobile Museum within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers are liable for all return shipping expenses.
Items can be returned if delivered damaged or defected. Customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery date or void an exchange/return and or refund.
If order is damaged by our shipping carrier or during transit, customer must notify the Petersen Store within 7 days of delivery date to resolve the issue.
Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and unopened.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Refunds are only giving back to customers once the item(s) are returned back to the Petersen Store. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

No refunds on special events. All ticket sales are final with purchase.

Although we strive to get you your order as soon as possible, we do not guarantee delivery time or estimated delivery time.

Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit and Debit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. If you i.e. the Customer enters the wrong shipping address, delays and extra fees may be added to correct the situation, please review shipping information and/or contact us immediately.
Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs PETERSEN to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship. Pick-up In Store* Selecting Pick-up In Store* does not guaranty a 48hr readiness for your order. 48hrs is an estimated time for Store Pickup orders. 48hr readiness only qualifies for in stock items.

Orders receive an email confirmation when the order is ready for pickup. Please call ahead before arriving for advance store pick-up. Convenient parking is available in The National Automobile Museum lot.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that it is ready. The customer will be contacted if order has not been picked up within 7 days. If the attempt(s) to reach customer is met with no response by the customer, the order will result in a cancellation and forfeit of the payment by the customer.
