Although we strive to get you your order as soon as possible, we do not guarantee delivery time or estimated delivery time.

Shipping Time: Contiguous 48 states: 3–8 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO: 5–15 business days
Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit and Debit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. If you i.e. the Customer enters the wrong shipping address, delays and extra fees may be added to correct the situation, please review shipping information and/or contact us immediately.
Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs PETERSEN to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship. Pick-up In Store* Selecting Pick-up In Store* does not guaranty a 48hr readiness for your order. 48hrs is an estimated time for Store Pickup orders. 48hr readiness only qualifies for in stock items.
Pick-up In Store* orders receive an email confirmation when the order is ready for pickup. Please call ahead before arriving for advance store pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that it is ready. The customer will be contacted if order has not been picked up within 7 days. If the attempt(s) to reach customer is met with no response by the customer, the order will result in a cancellation and forfeit of the payment by the customer.
